Summer fitness blast boot camp. 

 

All Sessions will be held at Carnwith Park in Brooklin.

 

Boot camp training will take place at  Carnwith park in Brooklin. Rain or shine. 

If severe weather is projected, training will take place at McKinny arena pad 1.  

An email will be sent out the evening before to inform you of the venue change.  

A watering station will be provided however please bring a water bottle and a light snack for refuelling.

Fitness blast boot camp

Program details:

2 week program. 

Two hours a day three days a week total of 12 training hours. 

Program will consist of the following

Day 1 and 4. Speed and agility.

Day 2 and 5. Strength and power. 

Day 3 and 6. Sport specific Cardiovascular training.

 

Dates and times. 9am-11am. 

Day 1 Monday July 27th, 

Day 2 Wednesday July 29th, 

Day 3 Thursday July 30th,

Day 4 Tuesday August 4th,

Day 5 Wednesday August 5th,

Day 6 Thursday August 6th.

*a minimum of 10 athletes are needed to run this program.
